It was a pleasure chairing Professor Michael Young's session at the Global Young Scientists Summit this January, during which I reiterated one of my favorite quips at the end: "Anything important in biology will be conserved in the simplest of organisms". It is a simple but nontrivial statement which is embodied by Prof. Young's nobel-winning research in Drosophila. A video of the session can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HwlfBOYCHy0
